1. Scope

Nephilimrivo B.V. publishes this statement for nephilimrivo.click, which describes our recording studio in Amsterdam and lets you enquire online. The premises at Overtoom 289 are covered by separate arrangements when you book; ask via contact or 020 244 8916.

It reflects EU accessibility rules for services and Dutch expectations for business websites. External services (for example maps) follow their own accessibility.

2. Target

We want visitors to read pages, navigate and use the contact form with keyboard, screen reader or zoom. Where we control content, we follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

We do not guarantee full conformance; we improve incrementally and after major releases. See also privacy policy and cookie policy.

3. Measures on the site

  • Semantic HTML with headings, landmarks (main, navigation) and meaningful link text where we author content.
  • Colour contrast and visible focus in our stylesheet; information not conveyed by colour alone.
  • Alt text on images from our spec; decorative images without redundant alt.
  • Form labels tied to fields; errors described in text, not colour only.
  • Cookie banner operable by keyboard and dismissible without a mouse.
  • Language attributes per page (Dutch / English) and a header language switch.

We self-host fonts on our domain via TransIP B.V., not third-party font CDNs.

4. Known limitations

Illustrations are documentary AI-generated images; some details may be less meaningful to screen readers than real photos. We occasionally email PDFs or attachments — those are not routinely accessibility-tested.

Directions link to OpenStreetMap; embedded or linked maps follow that provider. Older browsers may lack some modern CSS features.

Studio access includes steps at the entrance; wheelchair access is limited. Call 020 244 8916 ahead to discuss what is feasible within Tue–Fri 11–22, Sat 12–18.

5. Feedback

If you hit a barrier on the site, email [email protected] with the page URL and a short description. We acknowledge receipt and respond within 2 business days with a fix plan or workaround.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact the Dutch consumer regulator where applicable. For personal data: privacy policy.

6. Review and updates

We run periodic manual checks (keyboard, zoom, contrast) and address findings in the next site update. Last content review: 15 October 2026. Major redesigns trigger an update to this page.
