Booking and schedule
How do I reserve a session?
Message via contact, email [email protected] or call 020 244 8916. State the service, duration, preferred dates and whether you want attended mixing. We reply within 2 business days with a slot and quote.
When is my booking firm?
When you accept the quote in writing (email is fine) and the 40% deposit reaches our account. Without both there is no locked block in the diary.
Can I move or cancel?
Free up to 7 days before the session. Inside that window the deposit remains due; one move within three months may be agreed. See terms and conditions for no-show rules.
How long until you reply?
We aim for 2 business days. Busy weeks can take a little longer; call 020 244 8916 if your date is fixed elsewhere.
Can I book as a consumer?
Yes. Business clients share VAT ID and billing address; payment term 14 days after invoice date under terms.
On session day
What should I bring?
Instruments or beats you need, lyrics, references and a laptop if you want stems on the spot. Headphones optional: 8 sets are in the studio. See vocal session checklist for prep.
What time should I arrive?
Ten minutes before start is enough to get inside and settle. Arriving late shortens your block if the next hour is booked.
Can I bring guests?
One or two people in the control room is normal. Larger groups need prior notice so monitoring and safety stay workable.
What if we need more time?
Extensions only if the following slot is free and you agree to the hourly rate on your quote. We prefer booking extra hours upfront.
From what age can I book alone?
Minimum age to book independently is 16. Younger artists need written guardian consent, guardian pays, and an adult present throughout.
Files and delivery
Which formats do you deliver?
24-bit WAV at project sample rate (usually 48 kHz) by default. Masters as hi-res WAV; streaming variants on request. Notes: master delivery formats.
How long do you keep my session?
24 months on secured storage after the last activity. Files are then deleted unless you arrange an extension. Keep your own backups.
Can I take raw tracks right after recording?
Yes when time allows we export to your drive or send a link. Large projects schedule export in the quote.
How many revisions on mix and master?
Do you lend instruments?
We do not run a full backline hire desk; the live room has a studio drum setup and amps. Bring guitars and bass unless agreed otherwise.
Rights and privacy
Who owns the recordings?
After full payment the recordings and mixes for your project are yours under terms and conditions. We do not claim co-authorship of your music.
Do you use my audio to train AI?
No. We do not train models on client material and do not create voice clones without separate written consent. More in privacy policy.
May the studio share my work?
Only with your written OK, for example a short social clip. By default everything stays private.
What happens to contact form data?
Nephilimrivo B.V. processes it to reply and send quotes. Retention and rights: privacy policy; cookies: cookie policy.
Must I clear samples myself?
Yes. You warrant that beats, loops and covers may be recorded and mixed. We do not give legal advice on sampling.
Rates and payment
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, guide prices on services include 21% VAT. Business invoices also show net amounts.
How large is the deposit?
40% of the quoted amount on confirmation. Balance on session day (consumers) or within 14 days (business).
Which payment methods?
Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where possible on the day. IBAN is on quote and invoice.
Example vocal session cost?
Hourly €115 incl. VAT; half day €420. Bands from €145 per hour. Mix per song €195.
