1. Purpose of this page
This disclaimer explains how to read nephilimrivo.click and which limits apply to our liability for information published online. It complements the legal notice, privacy policy and terms and conditions. Where those documents go deeper, they govern the relevant topic.
When you have an active job, your accepted quote and the terms prevail. General pages about services, rates or workflow may lag between updates; always check your current quote before paying.
2. No professional advice on the site
Articles in guides, answers in FAQ and service pages such as vocal recording, mixing or mix turnaround planning are practical notes for artists and producers. They are not tailored legal, tax or contract advice. Choices about rights, samples, sync or distribution remain yours; involve a specialist when needed.
Guide prices on the site (for example €115 for Vocal recording or €195 for Mixing) include 21% VAT and may change. Only the amount on your quote forms part of the contract.
3. Availability and technology
We maintain nephilimrivo.click and the infrastructure at TransIP B.V. with reasonable care, yet brief outages, delay or display errors can occur. Maintenance, network issues or force majeure may limit access temporarily. For bookings and file delivery, article 8 and article 9 of the terms apply rather than this general disclaimer.
Download links for mixes or masters may expire; keep local copies. We archive session material for 24 months after the last relevant activity unless you agree longer storage in writing.
4. Recording content and artistic choices
A studio provides technical services: microphone choice, routing, editing and export as agreed. Artistic outcome also depends on your performance, arrangement, references and revision notes. We do not promise chart success, streaming numbers or commercial results. Mix and master revisions are capped at 2 rounds as described on service pages and in the terms.
We do not use your recordings to train generative AI models and we do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned. See the privacy policy for more detail.
5. Links, maps and third parties
The site may link to external services, for example map views or platforms you choose for release. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, uptime or privacy practices. Opening external pages is at your own risk; read the provider’s policy.

6. Liability and changes
Where permitted by law, Nephilimrivo B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or missed opportunities arising from use of the site or reliance on general text without a confirmed booking. For performed studio services, the fuller liability rules in article 12 of the terms apply.
We may update this disclaimer. The date 15 October 2026 marks the last editorial change. Material updates may also be pointed out via contact or in active quotes where appropriate.
