We provide recording and post-production, including vocal recording, band and live recording, mixing, mastering and podcast recording. Published rates are guide prices including 21% VAT unless your quote states otherwise.

2. Contact and hours

Sessions are by appointment. Reach us through the contact form, at [email protected] or on 020 244 8916. We aim to answer serious enquiries within 2 business days; same-day changes are best handled by phone.

Hours: Tuesday to Friday 11:00–22:00, Saturday 12:00–18:00. Closed on Monday. Sessions by appointment.. The studio is on Overtoom in Oud-West. Tram 1 stops at Overtoom (Overtoom / Vondelpark); from there it is about a six-minute walk. You can park bicycles at the entrance; cars use paid street parking or Q-Park Byzantium on Vondelstraat, roughly a ten-minute walk. Practical questions are also covered in FAQ and on about us.

3. Website, hosting and security

The website is hosted by TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, Netherlands). The host processes technical logs needed for security, uptime and diagnostics. Retention, legal bases and your rights as a data subject are explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

We serve the site over HTTPS. Despite reasonable safeguards, no online service can promise uninterrupted availability; see our disclaimer on outages and on-site information.

4. Contact form and transfer

The contact form is technically handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), based in the United States. When you submit the form, the fields you enter (name, email, optional phone, chosen service, preferred date and message) are relayed to our mailbox at [email protected]. That transfer is necessary to respond to your request.

5. Intellectual property of the site

Texts, photographs, layout elements and underlying code on nephilimrivo.click are protected by copyright and related rights. Those rights belong to Nephilimrivo B.V. or licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not systematically copy, scrape or republish them without our prior written consent.

The trade name Nephilimrivo and our studio identity must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or origin without permission. Questions about references are handled case by case; see also article 11 of the terms and conditions on your recording material.

6. Information, cookies and accessibility

Site copy explains how we work, indicative pricing and facilities (3 rooms, live room about 42 m², 2 iso booths, operating since 2019). It is not a binding offer; a contract is formed only after you accept a written quote and pay the agreed deposit, as described in the terms and conditions.
